Kortnee Darnell Simmons (born June 22, 1993) is an American singer/songwriter with Dominican, Jamaican, Brazilian, African, and Native American roots. Before signing with EMPIRE, he released his debut EP Euphoria: The Live EP in 2017. The singer has shared the stage with Chris Brown, Betty Wright, J Holiday and Mya.

In 2011, he signed with BassBox Music and recorded his first single, "Tired of Down". The song was a dance pop record that illustrated the story of choosing a better option for love when you're tired of being hurt.

Simmons is currently self managed, and releases music under his own label imprint LarkMusic through his deal with EMPIRE, a distribution company and record label founded by Ghazi Shami.

Simmons' first EMPIRE released single "Secrets" was released in 2018. Following the success of that release "The Real" was released the same year. He's announced the release of a full length album near the end of 2019.
